About
about me
I’m a writer, a teacher and a publisher; generally in that order. Since receiving my B.A. in English for my undergrad work at Kean University and being certified by the Columbia Publishing Course, I’ve been dabbling in a few projects, the most prominent being Tmesis Magazine, a literary magazine composed of serial stories. On the side, I tutor middle school and high school level grammar, writing and literature at the Progress Learning Center in Central New Jersey.
While I do love writing, I also love to read. I enjoy many different genres, but I’m particularly fond of classic fiction, fantasy, science fiction and mythology. I’m also known to browse through web comics and graphic novels from time to time. When it comes to my writing, I tend toward contemporary fictions, fantasies and poetry.
As for other interests, I’m a big fan of photography! I’m also into films and the occasional anime. And if there’s one thing I can’t get enough of, it’s Cinnamon Apple Spice tea.
about this blog
You’ll read about my weekend adventures, literary sojourns and everything in between. I may at times go on haughty rants about unnecessary topics and not let up until my fingers are crippled by typing-strain - in such cases, you may have to just roll your eyes and pretend that you’re interested.
Once in a while I venture out on photojournalism expeditions to document oddities that I might notice. Things like barkless tree stumps that are inexplicably compensated by the bark of dogs, and peanut butter sandwiches sans the ‘wiches’, which leaves only peanut butter sand. Yes, I know: morally shocking; wait till you see my compromising photos of the carpenter’s murderous involvement in the case of Walrus vs Oysters.
